We
feel that there is a high calling and
divine mandate to educate God's people in
the things of the Lord. Whether it
is a young child not yet in school, or an
older adult who feels the call of God on
their life, we have an educational program
to meet their needs. God has blessed
us with many men and women who have
dedicated their lives to teaching and
training people of all ages in biblical
training.

Middletown
Christian Schools has a rich history of
providing a well-rounded education for
children and youth since its beginning.
Alumni have gone on to excel in their
choice of vocations and counted in places
of responsibility around the country.
Many have gone on to make their mark in
such fields as medicine, law, investments,
national television, news and program
production, missions, pastors, teaching,
international logistics, management, and
other avenues, making a difference in the
lives of people of all ages.
With a dedicated staff and a core of
certified teachers, Middletown Christian
Schools offer classes for Kindergarten
through Twelfth Grade. Middletown
Christian Schools is accredited by the
State of Ohio and is a member school of
the Association of Christian Schools
International. Our athletic program
is also a member of the Ohio High School
Athletic Association.
Middletown Christian Schools was
established in 1972 as a ministry of Grace
Baptist Church. Under the spiritual and dynamic
leadership of our pastor Dr. Roger D.
Green, the church continues to grow
(average attendance over 1,100) and expand
its various ministries in the community
and surrounding areas. Established over 50 years ago,
Grace Baptist provides a stable foundation
for Middletown Christian Schools. Our school is part of a balanced
program geared to meeting the needs of the
entire family.
Our current enrollment is 566 students.
One hundred and fifty one (151) of those
are in our Preschool, 305 in the
Elementary, and 110 in our Junior High and
High School. We strive to keep the
cost very reasonable, giving as many
students as possible an opportunity to
have a quality Christian education.

The
need among Baptists is to declare our
distinctive principles. We need to
emphasize over and again those doctrines
and practices which distinguish us from
other religions and denominations, and
which warrant our existence.
We have nearly lost our identity in a maze
of compromise, and sadly, many no longer
feel the importance of our mission and
commission. Many no longer feel that
we possess the truth and are responsible
to take that truth into all the
world. All too often, our voice has
been softened so it blends with the chorus
of "accepted religion" and that
which is "politically
correct." In striving for
success (numbers), we have compromised our
distinctive principles and identifying
doctrines. Just as it is essential
that Baptist preachers and churches stand
forth and identify themselves, so it with
Bible Schools and Colleges.
Our purpose is to train God-called
preachers, pastors, evangelists,
missionaries, Sunday School teachers, and
others in the Word of God and to send them
forth to win the lost, to establish and
build real Baptist churches, which in turn
win, baptize and teach. Emphasis
will not only be given to intensive
classroom study, but also to practical
training in winning the lost and building
churches.
